GOAL OF STAFF DEVELOPMENT

The Staff Development Unit helps prepare employees for the various positions within each of the Department's Divisions.  Staff Development training specialists and administrative support personnel provide a variety of on-site training, and help coordinate presentations from external authorities both on- and off-site.

COMPUTER-BASED TRAINING PROGRAMS

In addition to live training programs, the Staff Development Unit provides a variety of computer-based training programs that are self-paced for the individual learner.
